Marco, the owner, was very helpful, and the place was spotless, welcoming, and nicely refined. I found Un bacio enchanting. It’s tucked behind Palazzo Vecchio, in an excellent spot, and would work well for families with kids too. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Mr. Domenico, the owner, was so kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, right in the heart of Florence. We had a great time, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The location was excellent, but the flat was horrible. The kitchen was so sticky we didn’t use it, and there was no bidet. The ceilings were very low, and the photos made the space look more average-sized than it really was. We knew it had air conditioning, but the owner didn’t give us the remotes. It was very hot, so I called, and he said he was outside Florence and that we could open the windows. We also had to go up and down the stairs in the dark.
