BB Le Contesse

The room was neat and well organized, and the staff were quick to respond and especially helpful, particularly Ms. Abby. It's a great spot if you want to be in the middle of everything. We had a comfortable stay, 8/10, and would come back.

We visited Florence about six months ago, and I still wanted to leave a review. Ms. Abby was especially patient with all our questions and gave us helpful travel suggestions. The staff were welcoming overall. The room was ordinary but had what we needed. Bring earplugs, though: the neighbors were loud late into the evening. I couldn't tell if they were other guests or people in nearby apartments. I liked the location, a comfortable middle ground: easy to walk to the center, but far enough out that the whole area didn't feel too noisy. I'd very likely stay here again.

Santa Croce is a lively neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants, and the main sights are still a short walk away. Our guest house was in a fantastic spot. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the shared kitchen's water dispenser and coffee machine. Abby was a warm, welcoming host and gave us useful recommendations. We loved our stay and would happily return. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

There are several cafés and restaurants within about 100 meters, plus a small grocery store. The location is perfect for walking around Florence. Our room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were nice. Service was good. I'd stay here again if I return to Florence.
