The bed was really comfortable, and the room was lovely, with a small bar fridge and kettle. There’s a lift, which makes things easy. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, with restaurants just a few doors down and a laundromat nearby, which came in handy.

I was there for just two nights. The staff were super friendly, and the location was awesome. My room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was fabulous, and I’ll always stay here in Firenze. It’s two blocks from termini, and the door opens to a 24-hour desk clerk.

The staff were extremely polite, and the location is about as convenient as it gets. It works well for a one-night stay. The rooms don’t feel very luxurious, though. For the same price, I’ve stayed in Rome just 10 minutes from Vatican City and had a more premium experience.

The cozy atmosphere made us feel at home right away, thanks to staff who were always attentive and brought that lovely Italian camaraderie that makes you smile from the start. Ricardo and Vagno deserve special thanks for making the stay more memorable. The location is excellent, just steps from everything that makes Florence special. Hotel Victoria was the perfect choice, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommend it!
