I only booked after contacting them and being told I could easily call a taxi service that was guaranteed to take me to the airport. When I rang the service, though, they said a taxi wasn't guaranteed to be available when I needed one. I called back to politely ask for a refund, and they refused. I wonder what generic reply they'll post to make me sound unreasonable. As usual, people seem to care more about profit than fairness or justice, and less about one another.

The apartment was pleasant, clean and really nice to spend time in. The area was quiet at night, and everyone on staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We stayed five days and would happily recommend it. It's outside Florence's centre, but a very regular tram line is nearby. We never waited long, and the ride was short.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had great beds and towels. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helped us arrange a really nice tour to Siena and some small Tuscan towns. Everything was EXCELLENT, a 5/5 stay for us, except the last night: other guests were screaming and it got scary. Sadly, the emergency numbers didn't work.

This is a lovely place to get some rest. Pick up local prosciutto, cheese, olives and good wine in town, then you can have a dream dinner in the romantic garden, with soft, cosy lights, with your partner or on your own. The building has modern facilities, though it looks as if older elements have been worked into it.

The gardens were stunning, and I loved having my morning coffee outside. Our apartment was big, clean and very nice, with comfortable bedding, and there was free parking. Staff were welcoming and recommended lots of great places. Amazing stay at this beautiful villa, and I'd recommend it 10000% :)
