I felt safe traveling alone, and the hosts were fantastic to communicate with. Mosaico is set around a peaceful garden patio where you can eat, read, or get some work done. It’s about a five-minute walk to the main tram line, with trams to the city center and train station every 5-7 minutes, so it’s handy without being in the noisy center. The apartment was modern, spotless, and roomy, with the bedroom upstairs and kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a big fridge, and the bathroom was new with a great shower. The bedroom was cute and nicely designed, and the Wi-Fi was strong. I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

The little balcony and nice bathroom were lovely, and the room itself was beautiful and really spacious for such an affordable price in Florence. It’s in a quieter area, about a 20-minute walk from Santo Spirito, with lots of bars and pretty restaurants there. You can walk into the city or take a direct bus. I’d highly recommend it if you’d rather not stay right in the middle of things. Thanks again!

There were four of us, but we got one double bed and a sofa bed. The room wasn’t clean, and there were lots of bugs. We also asked for basic things like shampoo and soap and didn’t even get a reply. The service was poor. It seems easy enough for the host to take care of these things, but because tourists keep coming, they don’t seem to care about even the minimum quality. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was gorgeous, and the terrace attached to it was fantastic. The service was great, too, and the price felt very good for the place. It’s well located, around a five-minute cab ride away, or two blocks from the tram for a ten-minute ride downtown. Nights were a little chilly, and we could hear people upstairs and out on the terrace pretty clearly, but the 11:30 quiet time helped, so it wasn’t too bad.

We got in well after check-in hours, but the host had emailed clear self check-in instructions ahead of time. Our room was really an apartment, clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. It’s around a 30-minute walk from both the central train station and the historic center. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
