The location is clean and convenient, in a modern residential complex, and only a 10-minute walk from Frascati's center. It's also handy for visiting the Castelli area, since the places there are close to one another. The ground-floor home has two rooms and a little garden, which is useful if you're traveling with a dog, and dogs are welcome. Chiara was incredibly kind and helpful. It's a small place, so I'd recommend it for a couple, though it's comfortable and has a sofa bed too.

We stayed for one night in this lovely, well-kept little apartment. The location is excellent, about 30-40 minutes from Rome and only a few minutes from the ring road. Parking is free both inside and outside the complex. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the price was good. I used to be skeptical of self-check-in, but this was very well organized, with a clear demonstration video and straightforward explanations. Chiara was always available if we had a question or needed anything. When I'm back in Rome, I'll contact them before looking at other places. Highly recommended.
