Dominic & Rosa welcomed us for dinner and took time to tell us about the farm and its produce. They showed us around the kitchen and were clearly passionate about what they grow and cook. We had about six courses, all farmed and prepared in-house, and everything was delicious. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a genuine Italian food experience.

We ended up eating dinner at the farm every night because Rosa’s cooking was so good. She makes generous four-course meals, including sorbet, from fresh ingredients picked there, and the wine was great too. It was our favourite stop on our tour of Italy and felt like an authentic Italian experience. The farm is a little way up the hills, so consider renting a scooter or Vespa if you’re confident riding one. You can walk from there to the Path of the Gods, or down to the coast, which takes about 40 minutes to an hour. We’d love to visit again.

Dinner at Seraphina was something special. We were very well fed, and the lovely dogs kept us entertained. The wine was fantastic, and so was the Lemocello. Rosa and her family made us feel so welcome and kindly showed us around their brilliant working farm, which was quite different from anywhere else we stayed. The area is stunning, and Rosa can point you towards the walk to the beach in Praiano. It’s a fairly challenging trail, with some steep natural steps, and there are lots of steps down to the beach, but we really enjoyed the walk. Thank you, Seraphina 😇

I almost forgot to mention the homemade ice cream, which was the best I’ve ever had. We stayed in June 2025, and it was our best holiday. The family made us feel welcome throughout and clearly take great pride in their farm and its products. They’re happy to teach you about the animals, grapes and wine, olives, lemons and more. Breakfast came with bread, their homemade butter and marmalade, fruit from the garden, and coffee with fresh milk from their cows. Rosa helped plan each day by asking what we wanted to do and sharing local tips. If you’re unsure what to do around Amalfi, she has plenty of ideas. Dinner is optional, but I’d recommend eating there every night. It’s traditional food made with produce from their garden, and you can taste the difference in the cheeses, meat, homemade pasta, wine and olive oil. They serve their homemade limoncello afterwards. We’ll definitely come back next year!

The dinners were a highlight of our holiday, and we were welcomed so warmly. My family spent nine nights at Serafina’s, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful scenery and a stunning view. Everything was made or produced there and freshly prepared, from the pasta and meat to the limoncello, vine and olive oil. It was delicious!
