Antonio was a brilliant host and always helpful when we asked for recommendations. We loved the beautiful, very spacious apartment and its well-equipped kitchen area. The gardens and pool are stunning, and there are some lovely restaurants within walking distance in the village for dinner. It’s a great base for Taormina and other places along the coast, though you’ll need a car. We’d love to come back soon!

The garden and pool were lovely and peaceful, and we had a cozy bed and a huge bathtub in the room. The owner was really friendly and spoke several languages with no trouble. It takes about three minutes to walk to the center of Gaggi, a sweet little Italian village. Taormina is around 20 minutes away by car, and Catania about 45. We had a perfect stay at this great B&B, with very friendly people and guests. I’m pretty sure we’ll return one day. Greetings from Berlin, Germany. :-)

This was easily our favorite place to stay in Sicily. There are only a few rooms, so the shared spaces never feel busy. They’re beautifully decorated and made a lovely refuge from the heat and noise outside. Our room was very comfortable and had a huge bathtub. The hosts were friendly and available for questions and tips, while still giving us space to relax. From here, several great places are within an hour’s drive. We’d absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return. One small tip: bring mosquito spray for extra comfort, though that applies to Sicily in general :)

We wish we’d had more time here. Before our stay, we told Marco we’d be working remotely, and he contacted the internet provider in advance to check that the connection would be fast enough and reliable. That’s a remarkable level of hospitality.

The owners were so welcoming and kind, and both the garden and rooms are beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at Torre di Sebastiano and can’t wait to come back.
