We booked five nights but left early because this place really isn't worth the price. The small houses have no AC, and it was 30 degrees at night with loads of mosquitoes. We asked for two fans and would've paid for them, but only got one. There's mould in both the bathroom and kitchen. We've travelled around the world, and at this price I'd book somewhere else and save the money for something nice. A total rip-off, absolutely not worth it.

The location was great, and our bungalow had been upgraded. The service was worse. We left some things behind and couldn't get help either by calling reception or stopping by to collect them. All reception told us was that they couldn't go look because the bungalow was booked and the guests weren't there all day. They couldn't have known that, and the guests were there. A great place to stay, but don't rely on the staff.

We stayed in June 2024, and the apartment was beautiful, with lovely views and kept very clean. We'd first stayed in that same apartment in June 2019 for our engagement. Elisabetta was extremely helpful, and I hope I spelled her name right! Thank you so much, we'll come back. I wish you were open in winter too. Grazie Mille! Annie & Joe

The price is good, and the staff and activities were amazing, so all in all we had a positive experience. Having a car would help, since public transport isn't adequate for getting around. Cell reception in the cabins is terrible, Wi-Fi is only available in the main hall, and the TV is pretty much useless.
