Chef Alina's cooking was one of the best parts of my stay at Raffaello Hotel. Every dish was thoughtfully made with authentic ingredients, and the skill, care and passion came through in the flavors and details. I spent a few truly lovely days there and would happily come back!

It was my first visit to Gatteo Mare, and I had a lovely time. Everyone on the staff was so kind. I'll be back.

We've spent many years coming to Gobbi Hotels at Francesca as a family. This year I left booking late because of work, but they found us a place at the Raffaello, as they always manage to find a solution. The service was impeccable, with care down to the smallest details, and we felt at home. The rooms are beautiful, and as someone who travels, I feel you won't find another place like this, especially for these prices. So many things are included: bikes, pedal boats, beach access, pools with hydromassage, inflatables, games for young and old, entertainment, various drinks, plenty of good food, cinema, disco and shuttle services. In the evenings, the lady at the Raffaello door always greeted us with a helpful, kind smile. In the morning at breakfast, Mrs. Maria was just as affectionate and kind, and Chiara at reception was top notch. Every member of staff was lovely from start to finish. We almost hated to go home 💔 because we felt so welcomed and comfortable. It's always such a pleasure for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone, you're part of us. Melania and Michela first and foremost. The rooms at Hotel Raffaello are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Big compliments to the entertainment team too. They're always around, very patient, and have lots of activities for adults and kids. The issue was the crowds in the shared spaces. It was hard to swim at both the beach and pool, probably because too many hotels had been merged. Management should set some firmer rules for getting along: no shouting in rooms at night, keep children safe in shared areas, and don't splash people who are minding their own business. On August 15th, people were throwing water at those arriving at the park by bike. I have a punctured eardrum, and if they'd hit me, I would have ended up in the emergency room.
