Omar and Lorenzo at reception were incredibly helpful, even bringing us ice for our cooler bag so our groceries wouldn't go off. We arrived at the last minute after our booking at a nearby agriturismo fell through, and it turned into a surprisingly great stay. The room was very clean, the shower was huge, and having an AiC certified restaurant was a real plus for one of us who eats gluten-free. The grounds were peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing the farm animals. Thank you!

We brought our bikes and drove here for a week, which made it easy to take trips to the beach and into Grosseto. The bicycle path between Grosseto and Marina Grosseto was much better than we expected. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and tennis court. A relaxing holiday with plenty to do.

4/10
The people were welcoming and very helpful, the pool was fairly clean, and there were plenty of activities at the hotel. Still, the standard was a long way from what I'd expect of a four-star hotel. Dinner at the restaurant came out so quickly that the whole meal was over in half an hour. The food seemed reheated rather than freshly cooked, and the dessert was still partly frozen. The rooms were old, the shower wasn't fully clean, and bottles of shampoo left by previous guests were still there. Some switches were coming away from the wall. At 193€ for one night with food included, it was very expensive for the quality.

Our room was comfortable, with a roomy balcony and a pleasant outlook. The setting feels peaceful and removed from the holiday crowds, though the beach is only about 20 minutes away. We didn't try the pool or restaurant, and the advertised evening entertainment wasn't worth going to.

They treated all the kids so well during the European Flag Football championship, with young competitors coming from 50 countries. The grounds are beautiful and the whole facility is spectacular.
