We came back after dinner for another drink, and there was a live performance by a lovely, talented singer for us and the people passing in the street. Such a nice and unexpected Italian evening, five out of five! The staff are the real reason to visit. The bartender is a character, in the friendliest, most upbeat way. The location is perfect, too, and drinks on the veranda are well made and fairly priced at 5 euros.

The owner's reply below pretty much says it all: he doesn't think you should expect anything because that's not what you're paying for. I have no reason to lie, and I'm sharing this to help other people travelling for business. The place was empty, and the room was extremely basic. There wasn't even a kettle or coffee and tea, either in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. Breakfast was awful: no vegan choices, not even fruit or vegetables, burnt croissants, and terrible coffee. The only two good things were the owner's dog and the receptionist. I was there for work, but couldn't use the room desk properly because the TV monitor took up most of it, and the desk was too low. There wasn't a lobby where I could work, either. I wouldn't book this place for a business trip. Also, there was no shampoo or bath soap, just one tiny bar of soap for the two of us.

The terrace cocktails are really good. I had a mojito, one of the best I've ever tried, and the music in the evening is great too.

Great value, with really friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The nightlife was fun, and the beach is only a three-minute walk away.
