Residence Marina Ponente

I especially liked the quiet neighborhood, the quick walk to the beach and pedestrian street, and the closed parking lot. Inside, the spacious shower, shutters, mosquito net, sliding doors set into the wall, and fold-down bed were all nice features. There's also a small yard with a garden tap. It was great until a loud group started partying next door. The indoor air conditioning also hadn't been maintained. I found the living room didn't darken enough, and it had no mosquito net.

Our Fewo Direkt booking was canceled three days before we were due to arrive. Thankfully, we managed to find a good alternative at short notice. Edit: We drove past the property. It sits in the middle of a construction site, with considerable noise. Beware!

The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, though the place was relatively expensive. It's close to the party area, and the construction across the street didn't bother us because the doors and windows are very well insulated. The bathroom drain, though, clogged every day, and there was no fix.

Quiet place with good equipment, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away.
