I came to visit my parents and was helped straight away. Everyone treated me very kindly. I also got chatting with other guests right away, which says a lot about how many people come back regularly. Thanks for the warm hospitality 👍🏻

It feels like home here. Micaela and the whole team are always so kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and consistently very clean, with an excellent breakfast and a delicious, generous dinner.

We’re back at Kröllnerhof for a week in July, six years after our last visit, and it’s wonderful to be here again. We’ve stayed several times and have always felt at home. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly. The whole property is still extremely well cared for, and having both an outdoor pool and an indoor pool makes it special for us. Five stars for another lovely holiday. Thanks to the entire Kröllnerhof team. We’ll definitely return to our paradise between alpine meadows and palm trees.

We’ve been coming for about ten years and really appreciate the Carli family. They’re super friendly, and the food and service are excellent. The rooms and the general atmosphere are bright and clean.

It’s a family-run place, and the staff are very friendly and helpful when planning activities. We found the hotel cozy, with great amenities, and both breakfast and the other food were always delicious. The rooms all have lovely views, and the central location has good transport connections. You can sometimes hear traffic from Lana, though. Still, we wholeheartedly recommend it and give it five stars.
