Saturnia Residence

We were a family of four and spent one night here, and wished we could've stayed longer. The apartment is small but the space is used really well, and it's well placed for a swim at the Saturnia mill area. They also provide a card for parking there. It's new, has a parking space, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We recommend it!

The outdoor areas are nice, and there's a barbecue. The apartment is well equipped, though it's very compact and feels tight to move around in.

Our vacation was ruined. We came to this B&B from Como in January and arrived to find nobody there to welcome us. The place felt like a stable turned into a cold, damp home. The room was freezing, there was no hot water, and we slept fully dressed. The bed was wet and smelled of URINE. Breakfast was left for us in the freezing room: two damp pieces of toast and tea reheated in the microwave. We called the owner because of family problems, but that doesn't excuse this kind of service. If you can't manage it, don't open the door. They still took our money without any trouble. About Poggio Murella: people there don't like dogs, and in winter there's nothing to offer, so bring your own things. And don't take the shortcut behind the spa unless you're in a 4x4.

The owner was so friendly and always available, and it really felt like being at home. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property in a stunning location, with excellent service. Definitely worth going.
