A great place to unwind by the pool, enjoy good food and wine in the lovely old town, or head to the beach, about 30 minutes away. It also works well for drives to Firenze, Siena, Montalcino, San Gimignano and other old towns, roughly 1-1.5 hours by car. The apartment was beautiful and clean, the host very nice, and the surroundings wonderfully peaceful. They also produce their own distinctive olive oil. Recommended.

We felt very comfortable in this lovely holiday apartment. The pool complex is beautifully maintained, and the hostess is friendly and helpful. The location suited us perfectly: both the supermarket and town center are walkable, and there are great mountain biking routes nearby.

I can't recommend this. The property confirmed the room and reservation, then cancelled by email three hours later. By then, we'd already booked and paid for a beach resort and restaurant. The way they spoke to us on the phone felt arrogant and unprofessional, and we lost a lot of time trying to find somewhere else. To avoid losing the beach resort fee, we ended up booking a much more expensive place. Fortunately, it looked much nicer in the photos. I should have read the reviews first and seen that other people had posted negative ones.

There's plenty of space on this beautiful property in Massa Marittima, and the natural surroundings are lovely and very peaceful. The apartment was nicely furnished, the pool was lovely, and the owner was friendly, helpful and quick to respond.
