The owner was so responsive and gave us plenty of useful tips for getting the most out of our stay. The place has an entrance hall and two big bedrooms, each with a bathroom, and it was very well equipped and cared for. We had no trouble parking, and the center and the Sassi are nearby. I'd happily stay again if I'm in the area.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were water, milk, coffee pods, snacks and juices waiting for us. Each of the two roomy bedrooms has its own bathroom. Antonella welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home, then shared helpful tips on places to see and local businesses. It was our first time in Matera and we had a lovely stay. We hope to come back soon. Thanks for everything, Antonella ❤️

The house looks just like the pictures, and getting to the Sassi takes only a few minutes. There's a restaurant, a pizzeria and a supermarket just meters away. The welcome was exceptionally kind and helpful. Recommended.

We felt like we'd known Mr. Nico and his sister Antonella forever. They welcomed my wife and me like family, and were ready to help with a personal favor unrelated to the house. The place itself is beautiful, newly renovated in typical Matera style, and meticulously clean. It has every comfort, from an in-room ionizer to a Nespresso machine with excellent coffee pods. Free street parking was always available, and it's a five-minute walk to the heart of the Sassi in splendid Matera. A truly wonderful stay, thank you for everything.
