Casa Vacanza L'alloro 2

Pietro made us feel completely at home at L'Alloro. He was cheerful and incredibly gracious, and went out of his way to make our stay special. The fridge and pantry were well stocked, and there were complimentary toiletries in the bathrooms. Domenico and Pietro clearly know how to look after guests. We stayed in L'Alloro 2 with our two little kids. The apartment was spotless, with a lovely layout: a private mezzanine and another sleeping area at the back. Each area had its own bathroom with a shower and toilet, which worked perfectly for our family of four. It’s only a few minutes from the historic part of town, so we could walk everywhere. We could also drive right to the apartments, park securely in the small courtyard, and leave the car there for the rest of our visit. Matera itself is awesome, but that’s a whole other review. We were very happy at L'Alloro. Many thanks to Pietro for his hospitality. You’re a true gentleman, sir!
