La Perla holiday home is lovely and about a 10-minute walk from the center. Mr. Antonio welcomed us with such warmth and sincerity, and gave us a huge assortment of local maps, event brochures, and places to eat. A wonderful host! We had a great long weekend in beautiful Matera. The best part of the city, though, is its people. If you're going, you absolutely must stay at La Perla holiday home 🤗🤗...

Mr. Antonio was an excellent host. He welcomed us with old-fashioned kindness and sincerity, and prepared "the world" for us: area maps, event brochures, and places to eat. La Perla is a delightful home just a 10-minute walk from the center. Matera was one of our most beautiful trips, but its people were the loveliest part. If you go, you absolutely must stay at La Perla 🤗🤗... heartfelt thanks from our whole group.

The owner was wonderful, punctual, precise, and welcoming. The vacation home is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities, about 1.8 km from Matera's center. There's no private parking, but free parking is easy to find nearby. It's also close to a great supermarket and lots of shops.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood has all the amenities, with parking right outside. We had a wonderful holiday in Matera, staying in La Perla, a newly renovated place in a great central location. It was incredibly clean.

The rooms were renovated and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, well served, and parking is easy and quiet too. It's fairly close to the center of Matera and near the local market. Hospitality and helpfulness were excellent.
