The view is just amazing, and the apartment stays wonderfully protected from the summer heat. Our hosts were very welcoming too. They helped us find the parking lot and carried our luggage over to the apartment.

We spent a lot of time on the little porch by the entrance, with its table for two. It gets lovely sun during the day, and in the evening it was a perfect place for a glass of wine as the Sassi started lighting up before dinner. The front porch also has an amazing view. Inside, the place is spacious, with an open bedroom on a mezzanine that looks out over the same scenery. There's a small kitchen with all the amenities if you want to cook, and some nice places to eat are just a stone's throw away. The accommodation feels authentic and comfortable, right on the edge of the Sassi and close to the main sights. The owners were very friendly and made arrival easy, helping with parking and showing us to the place. Highly recommended.

The owners were lovely and provided everything we needed. The views are fantastic, and I thought it was good value. I did find the listing a little misleading: “bedroom 1” is actually an open mezzanine, not a separate room. Parking is some distance away, which wasn't clear when we booked.
