Fabio was very kind, and all the staff made us feel welcome. The Sassi are just a five-minute walk away, and the location works especially well if you're driving since you can park right beside the hotel. I'd happily come back.

The staff were so kind and helpful, sharing plenty of information about the city, sights, and restaurants. The location is very good, close to the old city. There is free street parking, and you might be able to find a space.

They allow check-in as late as midnight, which was handy. It's a nice place near the Sassi, with a good breakfast and pleasant staff.

I was here on a business trip, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The central station is just steps away, while the historic center is still close by. Fabio kindly showed me to the apartment and gave me great tips for restaurants nearby. The receptionist also went out of their way to help with my luggage and book a taxi, thanks again. Highly recommended.

We spent three nights here as a couple. The room was comfortable, the bed super comfy, and the staff were welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. The manager was very kind, and the place had a quiet, charming feel. It's centrally located, and we'll definitely come back.
