The host and family were fantastic. The room was great, and the sights are just a short walk away.

Mr. Antonio and his family were so welcoming, and that hospitality is priceless, especially with plenty of B&Bs around. The apartment was comfortable and had EVERYTHING we needed. On-site parking and being close to the center were handy, and the price was affordable too. I highly recommend it.

Elisabetta was a perfect host. For breakfast she brought fresh bread and croissants from a local bakery, plus delicious focaccia with cherry tomatoes. Her dad deserves five stars too, he's fantastic, and gave my daughter a little terracotta cuckoo clock. Our car windows were dirty, and before we left she insisted on cleaning them, practically washing the whole car! We spent two nights at Il Trifoglio, a few steps from the center and the Sassi. The apartment was recently renovated and meticulously kept, with parking in the courtyard, which was a real bonus. It was immaculately clean. The fridge had water, juice, and milk, and the kitchen had snacks, cookies, tea, and coffee. A truly wonderful stay.

Elisabetta and Antonio were friendly and accommodating, and made us an exceptional breakfast in the morning. We had coffee, cappuccino, pastries, pizza, excellent Matera bread, and homemade olive oil, all delicious. The B&B is just steps from Matera's Sassi, beautifully furnished, and has every comfort, including air conditioning. There's a kitchen with a washing machine in the entrance hall, a well-appointed bathroom with a spacious shower, and three single beds plus a double bed. Best regards, and see you soon!
