We stayed here with our three young kids and had a lovely time. The rooms were modern and really comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and so helpful. It’s a fantastic spot right in the town center. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The delicious breakfast was brought up to our apartment. On the second day I ate downstairs too, and they had lovely options for my vegan diet. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thomas showed us to the apartment and explained everything clearly. The small elevator only fits one or two people, which is understandable given the age of the building and the effort to preserve its charm. The apartments face an atrium with spider plants around the stairwell, and light comes through the windows above. Our apartment was spotless, with heated floors, generous rooms, and all the essentials. I loved the SodaStream for sparkling water. There was a stovetop, a small fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Outside-facing windows have metal shutters you can close at night to block light and any morning noise that might get in. It’s right in the Lauben, with a bakery on either side.

Right in the heart of Merano, this place has a great location. Thomas and his mum made us feel very welcome, and Thomas had spot-on suggestions for places to eat and hikes to take. The room was stylishly furnished and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional, with local prosciutto, salami, and cheese, plus pastries and fresh eggs cooked as omelettes or sunny side up. Don’t skip it. I’ll look here first next time I need somewhere in Merano.

We loved this apartment in Merano’s downtown pedestrian zone. It felt very new when we visited, and the owner and his family were friendly and helpful. The shower was a particular favorite. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had cookware and everything else we needed. There’s private parking, and dogs are welcome. I’d highly recommend staying here.
