A relaxed beach getaway with really friendly staff and good food. The rooms feel a little worn, though they were clean and neat, and the fair price reflects that small drawback.

The setting is beautiful, but staying here without a car would leave you stranded. We came in September, outside peak season, and hadn't been told the hotel was being rebuilt. Workers were around, there were no other tourists, and the restaurant was shut. There weren't any activities running either, so we had to walk quite a while or drive to find a decent meal. On the first day, the staff seemed lazy and couldn't suggest a single thing to do in such an isolated spot. I wouldn't recommend it.

The sea is right in front, with views towards the Isole Eolie, and the terrace has great music. Oasi Azzurra feels like a family resort from another time, an easygoing place right on the waterfront. The staff are like family and always ready to help. Food is fresh and genuine, and there are ice creams, caffés and other Sicilian delights all day. We can't wait to return with the whole family.
