The lobby cafe is great for a meal or coffee and cake, and the baristas are great too. Breakfast was amazing, with proper espresso, and the modern rooms were clean, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The kind, professional staff made us feel at home during our two nights. My dog and I hope to visit again soon. Grazie Mille!

The service was the highlight for me. Everyone on staff was polite and really nice, and our housekeeper Nany was the best, extremely helpful and proactive. She made us feel at home. The room was clean and nice, the location great, and the decor modern and creative.

What made the stay especially nice was how accommodating the staff were. Hotel manager Fabiano deserves a special mention. He was charming and made every wish we had possible. The rooms, sauna, and breakfast and dinner were nice. My roommates were very happy with the drinks, though I can't comment on them because I'm antialcoholic. Looking forward to coming back.

I loved this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the spa was great after long days. Everything was decorated so nicely, and the modern room had everything you need. At breakfast I just missed having more savory choices and some vegetables.

The cafe was great, the rooms were very nice, and the staff were amazing. I liked the laid-back atmosphere and quality service, along with the attention to detail and how willing everyone was to help.
