The staff were the best part. They gave us a WhatsApp number to message if we needed anything, and they always came through, whether we wanted more toilet paper or tips on where to go in the city. It’s a room in an apartment building, not a typical hotel, but we were glad we stayed because it cost less than many other places. Trams and the metro make it easy to get to the sights. The room was a decent size for our needs, with a well-stocked bathroom, and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast is served at a cafe around the corner. It wasn’t a huge spread, but it was enough for us, and the croissant tasted great. Thanks for having us. We’d stay again if we come back.

The host was nice, and everything was within walking distance. The place was mostly clean, though the sink wasn’t draining at first. We got it working. The shower is really small, so be aware of that. It’s a good spot if you just need a bed and a shower. I’d book again.

There’s a market near the “Hostel,” so parking is pretty difficult. It’s not a bad place to sleep, but you should know what to expect. It’s more like an RBnB than a hostel, an apartment split into three rooms for three customers, each with a private bathroom. All contact is by WhatsApp chat, with no one in person. Breakfast is at an industrial bakery in another building, one drink and one pastry, with no table.

I’m trying to get back the €51.18 charged on February 24 and the €198 charged on April 13. I booked Aiello Rooms Vía Ausonio through eBooking.com on February 20 for April 3 to April 5, then cancelled that same day under the free cancellation policy, which allowed cancellation until April 1, 2020. I contacted eBooking customer service several times, but they told me to ask you for the refund. That has been impossible while the hotel has been closed because of the COVID-19 situation in recent months. I’ve emailed info@aiellosuites.com several times and haven’t had a reply. Please check the details so I can get the money back, and let me know how I can contact you. Thank you for your attention.

The place was easy to access, and the location was amazing. My private room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great view. I had an amazing stay.
