Our reservation was confirmed, but the host never helped us. We arrived at the property and spent 4 hours trying to reach someone. The best we could get was an Agoda representative who managed to cancel our stay.

Getting the doors unlocked was way too complicated. There’s no reception and no cleaning during the stay. The things provided are really cheap; the washing machine was dirty, the LCD was broken, and there weren’t any comforters in the apartment. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were four people staying here in July, and it was 32°C inside the rooms. The host couldn’t be reached on the cell number given in the room description, and we got no help. The place is on the outskirts of Milan in a less than ideal area. The room had low quality amenities, and some of the listed amenities weren’t there, especially air conditioning, which is essential when travelling in summer.
