I was in milano for work and my employee had booked this hotel. The reception staff said the room AC is set by season, so there was no way to adjust it. I caught a cold. Housekeeping kept entering even with the do not disturb sign up, including after management had been told. Room cleaning was poor, and toiletries were refilled inconsistently. The most annoying part was staff throwing things off the table as if it was fine. I lost a few bottles I’d bought and a usb 3 cable, which was probably thrown out. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Breakfast was AWESOME, and the staff were professional and honest. The location worked well for business, with an easy trip into Duomo. The WiFi connection was expensive.

I used to visit milan a lot, and this was my go-to place to stay. The service was great, the location was great, and the price was great too.

The location is the big draw, close to Corso Como and Piazza Gae Aulenti. The hotel itself has an old business feel that I’ve never liked. Its meeting rooms are very dark and not especially comfortable, and the reception and entrance look dated too.
