Think twice before spending anything here. There were bed bugs, and I was bitten all over during the night. The room wasn't clean, the bathroom enclosure leaked, and there were other problems around the room too. The coffee machine leaked, the drinking water in the minibar was already open and leaking, and the towels smelled like vinegar. They also charged us a tax on arrival that hadn't been mentioned beforehand. There seems to be just one woman working there, handling reception and housekeeping at once. She's the only person to speak to, and while her English is limited, I don't blame her. She was nice and tried to help. When we arrived, we were stuck outside for an hour, ringing the bell and calling the company number with no answer. On my first day, I saw another family stuck outside for hours too, so I opened the door for them like I worked there. I tried to upload a photo of my leg, which had been badly bitten by insects, but Google wouldn't approve it because it looked so bad.

I booked because the hotel advertised free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. I tried to cancel within that period and contacted them repeatedly by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone, but got no reply. When I finally reached a woman by phone, she was rude and dismissive. She said I should have canceled the day before, even though I was still within the 48-hour window, then hung up. I called back several times and she hung up each time. I've never had such a frustrating hotel experience. They ignored my cancellation attempts and wouldn't even talk it through. Avoid this place unless you're okay with being ignored and treated disrespectfully.

The room itself was decent, more like a micro studio with a kitchenette, which we actually liked. But the bed and one of the pillows were uncomfortable, it was hot, and somehow there were mosquitoes. We arrived to find no towels, and were told there weren't any. We asked again on the following days and got the same explanation, that their delivery hadn't arrived. What upset me was being told it wasn't her problem. We finally got towels on the last evening. Getting into the building had already been difficult: we rang the bell for about ten minutes, called all the numbers by the door, on Expedia, and online, and sent a message through the Expedia app, but heard nothing. Someone opened the door after 20 minutes. At checkout, no one was at the desk, a recurring issue during our stay. We waited 20 minutes for someone to show up. When I said we'd been waiting, she told me I should have looked for her, which I thought was idiotic. I wasn't going to search the whole building and rooms when I didn't even know if she was working that day or handling checkout. She also nearly charged me for the free beverage included in our stay, and I had to show the reservation as proof. We made it out, but the place is decent and the customer service sucks.

We'd paid for two nights, but after arriving after 11 PM, we found the reception shut and had no way inside. We'd told them in advance that we'd be late, but weren't clearly informed that check-in was only from 7 AM to 11 PM. The hotel's phone number never got answered, and we had to contact them through Opodo to get any response. We were left outside in the middle of the night and had to find somewhere else to sleep at the last minute rather than sleep on the street. The next morning we called the number posted on the door. When someone finally answered, they were extremely disrespectful and shouted that it wasn't the hotel, even though the number, name, and address were all the same. Unbelievable behavior. Flights get delayed and people arrive late, but this hotel simply doesn't care. €70 for two nights was completely wasted. I'd never stay here again, knowing nobody is at reception after 11 PM. Avoid it.
