Letizia was kind, easy to reach, and helpful. My room was very spacious and had air conditioning, and breakfast was nice with options to choose from. The place is in Milano's lively China town, with a good atmosphere and lots of places to eat. Porta Garibaldi station is about a 15-minute walk away, and the nearest bus or tram is just a few minutes away.

The owner is friendly and speaks English, and service was prompt and efficient. My room was clean and en suite, and the location right in central Milan is ideal. I'd stay here again if I needed to. Breakfast has a wide selection and is served while you wait and eat. It seems popular, too, since people were making enquiries as we ate. One small personal reservation: I would've liked more privacy during breakfast. The owner stays there while you eat, I guess in case you need anything and to serve the next course. Also, the cupboards are locked for most of the day, so guests can't use the various kitchen items. A little more trust in the clientele would be nice.

We found the property excellent, and the owner was kind and incredibly helpful. Getting an early check-in was a real lifesaver. Our room was clean, warm, and well furnished, with everything we needed, and breakfast was available on request. The location suited us well for staying in the Paolo Sarpi area. I'd highly recommend it, and we'll definitely come back. My one complaint, and the reason for four stars, is the travel-size hairdryer. It seems a bit outdated, and the vent was quite dusty. A regular hairdryer might work better and leave guests happier and more relaxed. ❤️

Letizia makes you feel at home with her smile and spontaneity. Her breakfast is generous and freshly prepared, with delicious homemade bread, jam, fresh orange juice, fried eggs, and yogurt, so there's something for everyone. We had a wonderful three-day stay at Quater Lètt. The apartment is bright, spotless, and welcoming, with two rooms, one red and one yellow, each with its own bathroom. The shared kitchen is well equipped. It's in the Chinatown neighborhood, with trams 12 and 14 passing every eight minutes toward the city center. Moscova Metro station is a short walk away, and Palazzo Sforzesco, Parco Sempione, Torre Branca, the Monumental Cemetery, and Porta della Pace are all walkable. A little corner of paradise in Milan. See you soon!
