We had a wonderful stay, with everything close by, and the price was reasonable for the location and quality. The room was nice and functional, facing the street. Filipinos may be glad to know there's a Jollibee right across from the hotel. It's a quaint place near Duomo and public transport, right in the old town. It feels more like a bed and breakfast, though there's no breakfast. The building has its quirks: you use real keys for the front entrance, main door, and room, but they work well. A few steps lead to the elevator, so heavy luggage could be a challenge. The elevator is standard European size, with room for three people max. To use it, open one door, push open another set, then close them again before it runs. Once you get the hang of it, it works well. If you don't need immediate attention or service, this could suit you very well.

The room was small, and cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was disappointing and could be better. This isn't a traditional hotel, it's a few rooms on a floor managed by reception. The location is great, very close to the metro and Duomo, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or couples.

Getting in was easy since they send you everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable, and it's a five-minute walk from Duomo. It may be noisy at night. Fine for a one-night stay.

I tried to book in July, but my card was declined, so I left it to sort out closer to the travel date. Nearly five months later, at the end of November, I got an email saying they'd charged my card and the booking was nonrefundable. Their website clearly says you can cancel up to seven days before without a penalty. They said the terms had been different at the time, which felt like an excuse. The case is still ongoing because they refuse to reverse the charge. I'd give zero stars if I could. FRAUDULENT. STAY AWAY.

The location is great, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I was very pleased with my stay, and this will be the only place I stay in Milan from now on.
