We had a prepaid, confirmed reservation through Booking for Brembo House Two. On the day we arrived, 03/04/2025, we contacted the owner, FP Realestate, through Booking messages and by phone to check in, but got no answer to calls or messages. After a while, they wrote that the apartment wasn't available, our reservation was cancelled, and we should contact Booking. Booking luckily found us another apartment, but only after we had waited four hours. Don't choose Be Apartments Brembo. They're not trustworthy.

It was expensive for what you get, and not great. The apartment in the Airbnb photos wasn't the one we stayed in.

The apartments are lovely, well located, and have all the amenities. Staff were friendly and punctual. The internet didn't work well for the first few days, which was the one downside.
