The room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and one set of towels per guest. There were also some snacks, tea, and coffee. We booked for four adults but found only two mugs. The location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from Milano central station, with small supermarkets and places to eat nearby. The pictures on the walls may not suit everyone. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the mattress springs could be felt. The pillows were too large and hard. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough, so we kept the windows open, but traffic and loud trams made it hard to sleep all night. You need internet to unlock the building and apartment with the electronic key. The door keypad is tiny, which could be a struggle for people with big hands, and the setup isn't friendly for anyone who's not tech-savvy.

The beds were very comfortable, the complimentary items were a nice touch, and the toilets were clean. But I wouldn't call it a suite, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. Milan Train Station is a 5-minute walk away, the nearest supermarket is 2 minutes away, the M3 metro takes 5 minutes, and the M1 metro takes 8-10 minutes. Because it's close to the station, we came across many refugees and people we found suspicious. We saw more of them when we got off the M3 late. If you still decide to stay here, walk to the M1 station, LIMA, and take the metro from there. After visiting Milan, I understood the Italian people's attitude towards refugees much more clearly. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the self-check-in is straightforward and convenient. The building itself is less than desirable, and I really didn't like the mattress or pillow. The location near the station is handy.
