We really didn’t enjoy the stay. On the first day, someone knocked like crazy and then just came in. The apartment was tiny, the beds were terrible, the floor was freezing, and the room had a strange smell. You could hear the neighbors talking. We were there for New Year’s Eve, and people were shooting from a window on a very rough street, really loudly. At the end they said the city tax was €50, then charged us €63.

Finding the place and getting inside was difficult. There was an old key box and no sign. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with a terrible chemical air freshener smell. You could hear the neighbor talking, and the room was small with a cold tile floor. The view of the street wasn’t nice. Breakfast was a voucher at a place 200 metres away, for one croissant and one drink.

Our family of four, with children aged 6 and 2, enjoyed our one-night stay while visiting San Sira stadium. The room was perfectly clean and ready for us, and communication was great, with amazingly clear instructions on how to use everything. Breakfast was at a local patisserie and covered only coffee and a pastry, with extras to pay for. Thanks for the great service.
