The first problem was getting inside. I arrived at 11:20, within the 11-12pm check-in time I had selected, but after I paid, the listing showed check-in as 3-7pm. An email about the hours wasn't clear, and when I asked for clarification, nobody replied. I had already explained when my train arrived and that I couldn't get there earlier. They could have told me then that it wouldn't work and cancelled, but instead I was ignored. I couldn't check in, and ended up looking for somewhere else at midnight. The building looked nearly abandoned, with no sign, a tiny dirty lobby, and an elevator that seemed about 100 years old. Someone in the building and another man warned us the area was unsafe and not to go outside or talk to anyone. I think this may be an apartment building where someone rents out several units as rooms, so you have to message him to get in. I spent half an hour or more trying to reach someone, without success. The next morning, I got an email saying I was being charged a no-show fee. This whole thing feels like a scam. I don't know who is leaving the good reviews, but I don't trust them. If the outside, lobby, and service were this bad, I'm genuinely scared to imagine the rooms. I would give negative stars if I could. Do not stay here.
