The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious, while the area felt quiet and secure. The host was incredibly supportive and replied so quickly that it felt like having a personal assistant for our holiday.

Everything was spotless, the central location felt very secure, and it seemed like every detail had been thought through. They kept checking whether we needed anything. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff were attentive. The people at the office when we left our luggage were especially friendly and warm. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Milan.

The apartment was clean and nicely located, about a 10-minute walk from the main train station, with subway stations nearby. It's set up well for two people: a large double bed, a roomy bathroom with a shower, and a large balcony facing the courtyard. There's a kitchen, but no oven. The sofa bed was the weak point. It's old, with a thin, worn mattress, and very uncomfortable. That's why I can only give it four stars.

Danielle, the young woman who contacted us, was friendly and very kind. The place was clean and welcoming, and its location was convenient, about 10 minutes from Milan Central Station. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere quiet and well located.
