After an eight-hour flight, it was a relief to be welcomed by such a great team. Our room was clean, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. The host also shared plenty of tips for exploring Milan, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The location is central, with easy access to the metro and surface transport, so I'd recommend it.

Mary gave us such a warm, open welcome. She speaks native English and shared lots of information about the city, made a great breakfast, and kept homemade cookies available all day. The rooms were modern and very nice, with good air conditioning. Hello Milano is in a fairly quiet neighborhood, with easy access to both the city center and the highway. We'll certainly book again when we visit Milan.

Mary and Lorenza were happy to answer any questions and help us out. The beds were good, the rooms very clean, and there's free Wi-Fi. It's within walking distance of a metro station. I had a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed the kitchen and the food available there, and the receptionist was very nice. The prices are affordable, the location is great, and the rooms were clean and nicely kept. The room layouts are unusual, but the place is lovely.

Mary made our stay comfortable and more enjoyable. She was friendly to chat with and gave us useful advice on getting around Milan and visiting the popular sights. She's a very knowledgeable hostess.
