Breakfast was delicious, with lots to choose from, and they'll bring it to your room at whatever time you want. It costs 7€ per person, per breakfast. The room was clean and the room service was nice. I took off a star because you can hear other guests through the walls.

The location is good, close to the metro, and I was glad to be within walking distance, especially with Milan hotel rates being so high. Still, I paid a lot for a very basic room. It's a decent place, but nothing luxurious, and not as impressive as the reviews make it sound. It's a hostel rather than a hotel, though there's a check-in desk that isn't open around the clock. My room was beside it, and guests there could wake you up if you wanted to sleep in. The bed and bathroom were fine, but the shower was annoying. The staff guy was helpful, which I appreciated. To get into the building outside working hours, you need three keys in addition to your room key. That's manageable for one night, but I'm less sure about staying longer.

We had a lovely, spacious room with plenty of space to relax and a nice shower. The area felt safe and secure, and the rooms were clean. We could leave our luggage after checkout while we spent our last day before catching the train. It's also very close to the metro and other things. Great place to stay while visiting Milano, and I'll definitely tell friends about it.

The staff were super kind, and the rooms were nice and clean. The location is near the city centre, with the park close by too. You can also buy the ticket for the C zone entrance right there. Great stay!

The staff were amazingly kind, and our room was spacious and super comfortable. The directions for getting there were clear, and the Duomo is very close. We walked over to the Cathedral square. Really well located, and I'd strongly recommend it, especially for couples.
