The reception staff member Keera was friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned when we asked. The price was reasonable, and the location was the main plus, about a 15-minute walk from Milan central station and close to other places too. We stayed three nights in room 101 in December, over Christmas. The room was small and clean, but the heater barely worked, so we felt cold. There was no fridge or room telephone, and the shower holder was broken, though the water heater worked fine. On the third-to-last night, noise from the next room and cigarette smoke came into our bathroom. We didn’t complain since we were leaving the next day. There was no phone in the room for emergencies either. Fine for a short stay, but check the room before you settle in.

The staff at Hotel Aurora Milano were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s in a fantastic spot for getting around Milan and close to everything. I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return.

The beds were comfortable, and it was handy having a front desk open around the clock, with coffee and drinks available at any time. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s a cool little hotel in a great location. I did find it a bit expensive, though.

Reception, location, and room were all 10/10, and for price versus quality I’d give it 11/10. My stay made visiting Milan even better. REALLY TOP!!! I just don’t get how this hotel has only 1 star when it deserves at least 4. Hotel Aurora is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The place is simple, but clean, and the windows keep out street noise well. Marco was especially friendly and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed, and suggested a dinner spot we were really happy with. 👏🏼
