We had plenty of room, and the staff were lovely. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout. The lift is very narrow, though. In winter the room gets really cold, and the heater doesn't do much.

Our flight was cancelled because of the war, and we gave the hotel three weeks' notice. Of the 14 hotels we had booked, this was the only one that refused to refund us or change our dates. They ignored our messages and emails, so we had to call. The man on the phone was rude and inconsiderate, and still refused a refund. I'm truly disgusted with Eva Hotel. Booking.com needs to remove this hotel from its site. Please don't book here. Zero stars.

The shared toilet was good, but the toilet and bathroom in the room, along with the walls, were dirty. Our room was next to the tram line, and the noise made it horrible to sleep. The lift is tiny, too. For the price, it wasn't worth it. If you can afford somewhere else, stay there.

The beds were uncomfortable, there was no water in the washroom, and the price was high. The lift was old, too. Staff service was poor and rude. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nice location and polite service, but the room was tiny. The lift can feel traumatic, so if you're claustrophobic, don't stay here.
