The owner was a lovely man who made sure we had what we needed and helped as much as he could, even with the language barrier. The staff don't speak English, so things can be a little difficult if you don't know Italian. It's a lovely little place with all the essentials, 24/7 reception, and a tram stop nearby for getting into Milan. Good value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Milan.

Getting around Milan was easy at any hour, with trams, buses, and trains serving all the main spots. The receptionist, an older man who speaks only Italian, handled guests really well despite the language barrier. There's no water heater for drinking water in the room, but reception provides green coffee from a machine. The mattress is a bit firm, though it worked well for my back after a long day. The walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors talking when trams aren't running. Reception also controls the room's heater and AC. Decent overall, and I had a good experience.

We had a clean, spacious room and a comfortable bed, and the tram noise didn't bother us. The manager was very nice and available. It's a great budget option, close to public transport and convenience stores, and the tram gets you to central Milan in 20-30 minutes. We'd come back if we needed to. Thanks!

We couldn't sleep at all because our room faced the tram line and the noise was unbearable. We were driving from the Amalfi coast to Paris and just needed somewhere in Milan to sleep. The windows seemed only useful for keeping mosquitoes out, since the tram sounded like it was inside the room. At 2 a.m. I had to go downstairs and ask the guy to turn off the AC, which was blowing in our faces even though the display said the room had reached the set temperature. Reception controlled it. Never again.
