Breakfast was generous and tasty, and the staff were amazing. The rooms aren't very big, but the beds are comfortable and it's a really quiet location. You can get to the city center in 30 minutes by tram or metro.

The only good part was breakfast. I'm here for 7 days, and drilling starts at 7am and carries on through the day, so there's no rest at all. The walls are super thin too. The hotel is very old, and the rooms are tiny, like closets. For this money you could book a 4, 5 star hotel with a spa and everything. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere or getting an apartment, since you'd likely be much more satisfied. I honestly don't understand the positive feedback. Maybe it would be good at 20/30 euros per night.

The location is great, with the metro and tram just one street away. Rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was rich and tasty.

I really appreciate this hotel. We arrived in Milan after our booking had humiliated us and left us out in the cold on the street. Parma hotel took us in and helped us so much. Thank you, and may The God bless your Hotel. Thanks to the lady in charge at night and the guy in the morning. I wish I had got their names so I could address my gratitude to them.

The breakfast was tasty and nicely organized, and there’s a pleasant yard too. I only stayed one night at Hotel Parma, but the price was very reasonable and the service stood out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Mattio deserves a special mention for going out of his way to help with my car toll issue. He really did more than I expected. Great value, and I’d happily recommend the place.
