The restaurant was a real bright spot. The staff were attentive and kind, and two of them made us feel especially welcome when we spent New Year there. Their warmth made the celebration special. The room itself was comfortable enough and had a classic, old-fashioned look, but maintenance let it down. The bathroom door was broken, there was a problem with the TV, and an unpleasant smell in the room hurt the experience. Better upkeep and attention to cleanliness would make a big difference.

We were kept waiting to check in even though we arrived at 3:30 pm. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with black hair everywhere, and the drain was clogged so the water wouldn't go down. They also forgot to put out the bed covers, and we had to ask for them.

Wagner Subway Station is very close, which makes the location ideal. The hotel itself felt old, although the rooms were clean enough. The TV only had Italian channels, and the shower cubicle was too small.

The decor is elegant and the place was clean. It was fine otherwise, though it could use an update.

There's a supermarket right beside the hotel, and the metro entrance is only 20 metres away, so getting around is easy. Breakfast included healthy options and the internet was very fast. Service was great and the rooms were good. The beds were OK, but the towels were terrible, even though they brought fresh ones every day. The front desk controls the air conditioning, so from the room you only have about three degrees of adjustment.
