The location is very central, and the room was clean, fresh towels were provided, and the bathroom was clean. There was coffee and tea too, though I couldn't work out how to switch on the machine. The price was decent. Still, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was survivable, but the room was unbearably hot and street noise, especially from the tram, kept me from sleeping past 6. I got up, showered, and left as quickly as I could. The water was ice cold, and the shower door wouldn't shut. Maybe there was a boiler, but the man who showed us in didn't explain anything, and I just wanted to leave ASAP. There wasn't a sign or even the inn's name on the doorbell. A man got out of a car, asked if we were there for INNperfect, photographed our IDs on the street, took us to the apartment, handed over a key, asked for an extra 6€ for service, and left.

I stayed for a week and had a great time. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean whenever I used it, and the wlan worked very well. I'd definitely come back!

One room was noisy at night from the traffic and passing trams, and the arrival was a mess because we'd booked for six but didn't have enough beds. Once that was fixed, there was confusion over payment. With no reception, it's not surprising that communication was unclear. This felt more like a bad Airbnb, and all in all it wasn't a good stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

After just one day, things are starting to feel more “normal,” but my first impression was poor and I still don't feel safe here. Everything feels so informal. There's no reception or sign to help you spot the place, just a floor in a building. Maybe that's normal in Milan, but it hasn't felt good to me.

The owner charged us more city tax than should actually have been due. The room was very cold and noisy, right beside a really busy street. The bathroom was horrible too, shared by several rooms, and the water was cold.
