Melissa and Giulia at reception were very helpful, and the head of housekeeping was kind too. We ran into her in the elevator and asked how to fix the TV channel and internet. She was happy to take care of it all. My wife and I had a great stay and will definitely return on our next Milan visit.

The location is good, but we were disappointed by the stay. Our room wasn't properly clean, and my partner, who works as a room attendant, could tell the housekeeping hadn't been thorough. There were no basic items like slippers or a toothbrush either, which we consider standard. The bidet also wouldn't drain. When we called reception, a staff member came up and suggested we remove the cap ourselves while it was still full of water. That felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

We were allowed to leave our car in the lot a little longer in exchange for a 5 star review, which staff actively solicit. The breakfast spread was extensive but noisy, and there's a cozy looking breakfast place just across the street if you go a little farther. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, though we can't compare it with the standard rooms. The room and bathroom were good, and overall the price and quality matched up well.

The staff were lovely, and the room had standard basics: a mini fridge, two slim wardrobes, bedside tables, a desk, a chair, and a smart TV. The bathroom was decent, though the bidet sat in front of the shower door. The bed was two single beds pushed together. The metro is extremely close.
