We couldn't stay in these apartments. At check-in, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell from the cleaning, and airing the place out for two hours didn't help. We had to find a hotel instead. The cleaning was very poor, and the apartments need renovation. Everything is old and in bad condition, including a broken bathroom tap and a very dirty, old washing machine.

My wife and I came to Milan for her birthday, but the apartment had an unbearable smell of cheap cleaning product. It was still there after two hours of airing, with the temperature at +2. We rented a two-bedroom apartment, but the furniture all needed replacing. The mattresses were cheap, soft, and sagging, the bathroom faucet was loose, and there were scratches on the walls throughout. The photos didn't match what we found. We asked to move to another apartment because of the smell and were refused. It was impossible to stay there. I then asked the manager to cancel the reservation and return all the money I'd paid, since they wouldn't provide a replacement and we couldn't stay. They refused, saying the smell was normal after cleaning and that they only use ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS. That's ridiculous. What could they have used to clean the apartment for the smell to remain after two hours of ventilation at 2 degrees? It seemed as if the cleaner, pleased with the tip we gave her when we arrived to drop off our luggage, had spilled a couple of liters of the chemical cleaner in every room. We left and rented a good hotel. The people running these apartments shocked us with their cheap, fraudulent, greedy service. I hope nobody else ends up in this situation. UPDATE! I'm amazed by your bile. I'm quite wealthy and can afford a weekend in Milan or somewhere else. Where did you see a lie? I don't have much time to write every detail, which is why my previous comment was short. You wrote a false comment about my review on booking . com. When you came to pick up the keys, you admitted that the apartment had a strong, bad smell of cleaning product. Apparently you wanted to take other people's money for free so badly that you forgot what customer service was. Your apartment doesn't match the rating shown on booking. There really was a problem, and you caused us inconvenience. It's funny to read that you wrote my attempt at a free weekend failed because I asked for a refund on CHECK-IN DAY! We also gave you the keys that same day and left your apartment. We rented a hotel elsewhere and stayed there safely for all 3 days, though because it was urgent I had to pay almost twice as much. I only see fake comments from your side. My reviews will make people pay attention to what they may face if they choose your company's services. P.S. As I promised after "someone" called me on WhatsApp and insulted me, I'll be back in Milan very soon.

The photos didn't look like the place we actually found. Please update them, because the difference was that big. The shower gel bottle didn't work. The shampoo bottle did, but the shampoo was VERY bad for our skin and irritated both me and my boyfriend. I had to see a doctor afterward. The mattress was worn out and made it hard to sleep, and its cover was in bad shape, wouldn't stay in shape, and kept slipping off. The air conditioner smelled awful when switched on, and the heating didn't work.

My family and I had a great time. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Thanks for your hospitality, and see you soon!
