The room was clean and comfortable, and the price felt fair. The location is handy for transport and an easy walk to the Duomo. Getting into the building was a frustrating start, though. They said they'd email instructions for access and opening the door, but nothing arrived. I waited outside for about 30 minutes, ringing with no answer after a long flight, and finally had to call to get in. That made check-in much more complicated than expected. Contact the hotel before you arrive to avoid the same problem. Aside from that, I had a good stay.

The room had loads of space, with a double bed, bedside units, a full freestanding wardrobe, and a proper separate bathroom. I even had a balcony. It was very clean and cost much less than other rooms in the area, so I'd definitely stay again. It's about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, and there's a metro link right next door on the street behind.

The room was clean and fresh, and the old town location was nice. The young man at reception answered emails quickly, but when we arrived he wasn't very helpful with our questions and didn't smile. Breakfast also ran short, so there wasn't enough for all the guests.

A cute little room in a perfect spot near the bars and restaurants in the Naviglio area. The staff were very helpful, and the price and quality go together so well. Definitely recommended.

The location is really convenient, but the room felt sad and wasn't very clean. I wouldn't go back.
