The 24-hour reception was a real bonus, and the staff member who welcomed me was incredibly friendly. I’d been unsure after reading a few negative reviews, but that changed quickly. The room was simple, clean, and minimal, and the atmosphere was relaxed and informal. I booked one room for two people at a very low price for Milan. The value was excellent. If you need an inexpensive place to stay in the city, I’d recommend it. I’ll be back.

The shared room had a terrible smell, like death. We were two friends sharing with two other men, and the bathroom was awful too. The tub was small and intended for showering, but water ended up all over the place. There were rusty spots on it as well. Disgusting.
