Piazza Cordusio is just steps away, and the location is great. I booked for one person and got a spacious room with both a double and a single bed. It’s well equipped, including a small fridge and kitchen, though the shower is at a slightly odd angle. Check-in is at reception, a two-minute walk away; afterward, they walk you to the building, take you upstairs, and show you around. The lift gets almost to the room, but there’s one last flight of stairs. It’s in the attic, so the ceiling slopes. The photos make that fairly obvious.

The location is great, and Concierge Alessandro was pleasant. But Room No. 2 is small, with so little space above the bed that you have to kneel to get onto it or sit on the chair. The toilet is small too. The bed was short enough that my legs hung off, the floors weren’t very clean, and the soap was poor quality and barely lathered. The reservation was under my wife’s name for our vacation this month.

The rooms are roomy and fully equipped, and the location is perfect. The shower space is really narrow and could be improved.

Fantastic location and clean apartments. The low headroom is cramped, though, and can be a problem if you’re tall.

It was the worst experience. The people running the place took no responsibility, and the pictures were fake. It looks nice in the photos, but it’s rubbish.
