Milan Chic Suite 6

We paid around 900 euros for the apartment and still haven't got our money back. Mr. David eventually blocked us on WhatsApp. To me, this was a scam, and I don't understand why the apartment is still on Booking with a five-star rating. It was nowhere near the five-star place we were promised. When we arrived, it looked like a one-star apartment, in a very strange location. Even the taxi driver laughed at the place. Our flight was due to arrive at 3 AM, and a day before flying to Milan I sent him my ticket and arrival times. He said we'd have to pay extra for early check-in because we were arriving after check-in hours. When I asked why there was a late check-in fee, he said he would have to wake up in the middle of the night and come to the address. It didn't seem professional, but I agreed to pay. Then he asked for about 2,000 dirham as a deposit. I'd seen reviews saying other guests' deposits hadn't been returned. I offered to pay cash, but he insisted on a link. I tried several times and it didn't work, so I sent him a screenshot of the error. It was time to take off, and I sent the screenshot again before we left. At the Milan airport, I saw a WhatsApp message saying, “sorry mum,” I was late and he couldn't check us in because they were closing at 7 PM. He told us to wait until morning. I went by taxi to Milan Chic Luxury Apartments- hosted by Sweetstay and called him many times, but got no answer. I told him I was outside. After half an hour waiting with five pieces of luggage and still no reply, I asked the taxi to take us to a nearby hotel so we could at least leave our bags there until morning, as he had said we could check in then. We booked one night at the hotel, left our luggage, and waited until morning. I kept trying to reach him until 3 PM. I also called Booking, and they said he had canceled the booking. He said he couldn't return the money. We paid around 900 euros for the appointment, and they still haven't refunded us.
